Add Freigent to ChatGPT or Claude, for brokers
When the assistant asks you to connect, sign in to Freigent or create a free account in the window that opens, and choose Freight broker.
Then, in Freigent
- Setup walks you through three steps: connect the work email carriers quote to, connect ChatGPT or Claude (below), and negotiate your first load.
- Carrier quotes that reach that inbox come up when you ask "Which carriers quoted on my loads?"
- Rate confirmations: Freigent does not send them for you today, so send the carrier your own after you assign them.

Download the plugin for Claude- Open claude.ai/customize/plugins (Customize, then Plugins).
- Click Add, then Upload plugin. Choose the file and click Upload.
- In the plugin's Connectors tab, click Connect on Freigent. If Claude asks for the OAuth client, choose Register automatically.
- Sign in to Freigent and click Allow Access.
Then click Try in chat (or turn Freigent on under + in a chat) and ask “Which carriers quoted on my loads?”
If your workspace does not allow uploading plugins, add the connector instead (the tools without the skills): Customize > Connectors > Add custom connector, URL above, and choose Register automatically if asked. On a Team or Enterprise plan, an Owner can add it once under Organization settings > Connectors > Add > Custom > Web.
